Please allow 3-10 working days for your doll production to complete. We will always keep you updated your doll production status.

5. Your Doll Ready
Your doll completed photos will be emailed for your final confirmation. Once approved we'll ship out to you. (Normally 3-7 working days for Shipping. Typically by FedEx, UPS, DHL.)

6. Shipping & Tracking
You will receive the tracking number normally in 1-2 business days. Keep an eye on your package's tracking number. You can track it on the shipping carrier website or on our website.

Order Cancellations

Cancellations made within 24 hours of purchase will incur a 10% cancellation fee to cover our costs. Cancellations made after 24 hours of purchase will be subject to a 20-30% cancellation fee as further production and time costs have been incurred.

Replacement/Returns (if applicable)

  We can not replace/return anything that has been used (and they are tested upon return, so we'll know). However, we will still do everything we can to make the issue right for you, guaranteed.

Refunds (if applicable)

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
