Please understand that shipping time is out of our control, some of the countries local custom might also be taking a long time to release a shipment. 2. Checkout & Payment
- Review the Cart Page and click on CHECKOUT. Enter your shipping details and contact information.

If you select PayPal and click "Complete order", you will be redirected to PayPal to complete your purchase where you can still pay via your debit or credit card. (NO PAYPAL ACCOUNT IS REQUIRED).

3. Order Confirmation
You'll get a confirmation email including ordered doll details and shipping details.

4. Production In Process
Please allow 3-10 working days for your doll production to complete. We will always keep you updated your doll production status.

5. Your Doll Ready
Your doll completed photos will be emailed for your final confirmation. Once approved we'll ship out to you. (Normally 3-7 working days for Shipping. Typically by FedEx, UPS, DHL.)

6. Shipping & Tracking
You will receive the tracking number normally in 1-2 business days. Keep an eye on your package's tracking number. You can track it on the shipping carrier website or on our website.

Order Cancellations

Within 24 Hours: You can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it at no charge.
After 24 Hours: If you need to cancel after 24 hours and the production is still in its early stages, a cancellation fee of 10–30% of the purchase price may apply, depending on the production status. Once production has begun, we cannot accommodate changes. Additionally, cancellations after the doll is complete are not possible due to costs incurred for materials, production, sales management, communication, and packaging.
Customization Consideration: Highly customized orders may not be eligible for cancellation after production has begun.

Replacement/Returns (if applicable)

Fairdolls works hard to make sure you get the best possible sex doll available. Every single doll will be visually inspected from head to toe before we give our approval for her to come home to you.

Our diligence on inspection for quality and accuracy before she leaves the factory cuts mistakes and defects to nearly zero. Plus we can ensure little things that you may have specially requested are taken care of to your specifications.

• 3. If you feel a replacement/return may be in order, do not use your doll. To be eligible for a replacement/return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Keep her in a new and unused condition, with the box and all the packing materials. 
  
  We can not replace/return anything that has been used (and they are tested upon return, so we'll know). However, we will still do everything we can to make the issue right for you, guaranteed.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping for return (if applicable) 
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
